Sagay City is a place transformed out of the merging of our rich cultural heritage and the year’s collective and continued struggle of our leaders and people united in one common dream and vision: PROGRESS!

We are a people with high respect and concern for our environment ad God given bounties. Thus, we take good care of our land and seas. CARBIN REEF is a marine sanctuary with a unique sandbar, clear water and virtually clean surroundings. It is a safe refuge for some endangered marine species and a nursery for giant clams. This underwater paradise is best for diving, snorkeling, and swimming. It is the recipient of 1997 “Gawad Galing Pook Award sa Paligiran” for excellence in marine conservation.

Balay Kauswagan is our government accommodation center with first class hotel amenities and facilities for social functions, business seminars, conferences and educational activities. It has also a well maintained mini-olympic pool and kiddie pool.

Sagay City Garden and Living Tree Museum is a wonderful place to experience nature with its splendid display of trees and a wide variety of flowering plants and shrubs. It is an ideal place for family and group outings, small parties and provides a peaceful ambiance for reflection with its small pond and grotto.
