A premiere children’s hands-on museum that will awaken and stimulate the creative and intellectual potential of Negrense children allowing them to discover, understand and appreciate themselves, others, their culture and the rest of the world.

MISSION

Establish an alternative center of learning and discovery that will enhance and stimulate the Negrense children to reach their highest potential.

OBJECTIVES

1. To provide Negrense children a place where they can actively make connections among ideas, people and cultures and help them from positive and balanced images of self, others and the world around them through creative play.
2. To serve the needs of Negrense children, families and schools as an alternative center of learning and discovery awakening their curiosity and activating their inquisitive minds, through creative play offering interactive and hands-on exhibits.
3. To encourage Negrense children to define their roles in and to their local community as well as to the global community.
4. To stimulate the creative minds of the Negrense children and to help them understand, appreciate, love and be proud of their culture and through programs and activities in the seven (7) arts.
5. To develop the Negrense children’s sense of security, self-confidence and skills through programs and activities of the museum.
6. To inculcate in Negrense children a high standard o moral values to prepare them to make a stand in this rapidly changing world.
