The Museo Sang Bata Sa Negros has chosen the top or trumpo as its logo as it represents a distinctly Filipino child’s toy that has dated back to more than a hundred years. The top, when in motion, depicts a child who is dynamic. The motion of the to also depicts the child that is moving forward to a brighter future. The top also activates several senses of the child. The Trumpo is a fun toy for the children to play with. It also represents challenges that child undergoes as it takes skill to keep the top in motion.
