DISTRIBUTION OF FERTILIZER  TO RICE FARMERS.  Congressman Alfredo D. Marañon, III of the 2nd Congressional District of Negros Occidental (4th from right) with farmer beneficiaries as he distributed bags of fertilizers to rice farmers of Brgy. Puey, Sagay City recently.  This is in line with his program “Masaganang ani para sa Magsasaka” (MAPASA) wherein fertilizers are distributed to the identified barangay rice farmers  in the second district.  In photo (right to left) 2nd from right PBM Miller Serondo, Sagay City SPM Ian Christopher Escario, Vice Mayor Leo Rafael  Cueva, Marcel Irisari, Puey Brgy. TYPHOON FRANK IN MOLOCABOC

Typhoon Frank  and tornadoes that hit Molocaboc Island razed down 34 houses and a chapel,  83 houses left partially damaged,  while 47 year old resident died of cardiac arrest.
